AFRICAN-AMERICAN ECONOMIC PLAN

Introduction

Peace to the African-American Community. The African-American Economic crisis is upon us. We as a people must become aware of our economic power. As people of African (Black) descent, we spend over $600,000,000,000 (600 billion dollars) annually here in America. Unfortunately we as a people have little to show for our economic spending power, because we spent less than 5% (five percent) within our own African-American businesses. This calculates to about $30,000,000,000 (30 billion dollars) annually spent with African-American businesses by African-Americans here in America.

The goal of this African-American Economic Plan is to increase our economic spending power, by patronizing African-American businesses more and promoting UNITY amongst the People! People of African descent we must become more aware of where we spend our money, and whom we spend it with! Do we patronize businesses that could care less about us as people?

Please follow the plan listed below. If we as a people could increase our spending power by just 10 % (ten percent) or more within the African-American Business Community. That would amount too an additional $60,000,000 (60 billion dollars) or more spent annually within a stronger Black Business Community. Furthermore where you spend your money is where you create a JOB!

There is an African Proverb that states:

" If you help someone prosper, you must prosper in return".

The following pages are some suggestions to help us grow economically as a people. Please utilize these concepts personally, within our families, our places of worship, our businesses and within our social service organizations.

We must have a strong African-American economy for the People!

Thank you and may God bless you and our People.
